Most parents have the similar goals for their children: to have them grow up being happy and functional members of society.
Unfortunately, children don’t come with a guidebook that tells you exactly how to parent. The way that we parent often comes from the way we were parented, which in many cases, might not be the best and most beneficial way of parenting nowadays.
To add to the fact that parenting is tough, each child requires their own unique approach and parents are often left wondering and second guessing if they are doing the right things to support their children.
Parenting can also often cause disputes between partners as each might have different views and ideas about parenting.
I am here to help guide you in a non-judgmental way to help you achieve your parenting goals. I use an attachment based parenting approach to help you with:
Learning how to set boundaries with your children.
Teaching parenting strategies from an attachment based lens.
Helping parents understand their children’s behaviours better.
Supporting your children from a neurodiversity affirming approach.
Forming better relationships between children and parents.
