Do you have a specialization?
I specialize in working with individual with OCD and anxiety. I also support people going through various life transitions, depression, managing daily stress and worries, and helping people with the relationships in their lives.
What modalities do you use?
I utilize a variety of different modalities depending on the clients’ needs. I use CBT, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Narrative Therapy, and Exposure and Prevention Therapy (ExRP). I am also trauma informed and use an attachment lens during sessions.
What is your approach?
I am warm, direct, and gentle. I modify my approach based on the your needs.
What will therapy be like?
For the first few sessions, we will get to know each other and establish goals for therapy. I may give various assessment tools so that I can gain a better understanding of the challenges you are experiencing. We will work together to accomplish your goals and go at your pace.
